Initially a prototype for the BAU 2023 in Munich, now a permanent exhibit on the Schüco Campus in Bielefeld.
As part of BAU 2023, Schüco presented a structurally sophisticated Grid2Shell exhibit. After careful dismantling, the structure was put into storage with the aim of future reuse. In addition to the structural analysis carried out for the exhibition at BAU 2023, we also performed a new structural assessment under different conditions for its reinstallation on the Schüco Campus in Bielefeld. This allowed the existing structure to be sustainably repurposed and functionally integrated into its new surroundings.
