Your Responsibilities:

• Design & Construction: You develop and design structural frameworks for a variety of building projects.
• Project Execution & Coordination: You oversee projects from the concept phase through to implementation, working closely with architects, clients, and specialist planners.
• Teamwork & Collaboration: Together with our team and external partners, you deliver innovative structural solutions.
• Continuous Development & Innovation: You keep your knowledge up to date and contribute fresh ideas to our planning.

What You Bring:

• A completed education as a draftsperson (m/f/d)
• Experience in planning reinforced concrete, steel, and timber structures in building construction
• Strong affinity for architecture and structural design
• Solid knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Excellent CAD and BIM skills, ideally in Rhino, Revit, or Tekla
• A keen sense for complex structures and a creative, solution-oriented mindset
• Independent and responsible work style
• Business-fluent German and English skills
